Email Us

The best way to reach us is by email. Send your feedback, questions, support requests, or partnership ideas to hill0225@gmail.com.

We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. For details on how we handle the information you send us, see our Privacy Policy.

What to include in your email

Today's Tasks is operated by one person, so a little context up front saves a back-and-forth and gets you a faster reply. If you're reporting something that's broken, paste these three things into the email and I can usually reproduce on the first try:

For feature requests, please describe the problem you're trying to solve before you describe the solution you'd like. The most useful requests start with "Right now I have to ..." or "I keep finding myself ...". The smallest version of the fix is almost always different from what either of us first guessed.

Response times

I read every message that lands in the inbox, usually within a working day, and I try to reply within three. Honest answer though: Today's Tasks is a side project and I have a day job, so occasionally a message gets a slower turn-around. If you haven't heard back after a week, please nudge me — it almost certainly means your email got buried, not that I ignored it.

I don't have a support form, a chat widget, or a ticket queue. Email is the only contact channel, on purpose: it keeps the surface area small enough that I can actually keep up. There's also no automated reply, no "ticket #4729 has been opened," and no follow-up survey. You email a person; the person emails you back.

Press, partnerships, and roundups

If you're writing about productivity tools, daily planners, or no-signup web apps and you'd like a quote, a screenshot pack, or a quick interview, just say so in the subject line and I'll prioritise it. Same address — hill0225@gmail.com — works for press and partnership inquiries.

For affiliate or sponsorship pitches: I do consider them, but the bar is "does this make the site better for the reader who showed up looking for a no-signup to-do list?". Things that read as a banner-ad campaign with a press release glued on get a polite no. Things that look like a genuinely useful tool, template, or guide for the same audience get a real reply.
